Les tâches
- Recruitment & Talent Management (≈ 75%)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, pre-screening, interviews, selection, and placement.
- Promote career opportunities and build lasting relationships with candidates.
- Conduct on-site client visits to better understand work environments and operational needs.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure successful onboarding and compliance with safety practices.
- Complete required administrative follow-ups (schedules, timesheets) when necessary.
- Business Development (≈ 25%)
- Identify and prospect new clients in the industrial sector and other targeted markets.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to maximize business opportunities.
- Negotiate service agreements while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Participate in networking activities, industry events, and represent the firm with business partners.
- Actively contribute to growth objectives by proposing tailored HR and recruitment solutions.

- Interest in or exposure to recruitment, staffing, or HR services (training provided).

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term professional relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of customer service.
- Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, field-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
